we do that.
Our portfolio is a collection of diversity. What started as a focus in commercial & residential architecture organically evolved to include furniture & product design and distinctively curated brand development.

We apologize for the delay, but we are currently undertaking the large task of collecting all of our final project photography & imagery.
Our clients & collaborations run a broad spectrum, and we thrive off that. We are fortunate to do great work for great people. It’s all love in the family!

At A&V we operate with a soulful approach that creates everlasting relationships with our collaborators.
Pencil & Paper.
We utilize a range of mediums throughout the design process, but every design still starts with pencil & paper.
After 12 years of collaboration, over pizza and red wine, these two old friends with remarkably similar approaches to life and work teamed up. David & Christian made the partnership formal w/ Alvarez & Vincent LLC, and set up shop in the heart of Santa Monica.

UCLA Instructor - Masters of Architecture and Interior Design Program

Born in Spain, raised in NYC, David now calls LA home. His pragmatism is his talent. As early as architecture school he began his practice of layering disciplines as a way to find new solutions to creative problems. David’s talent is seen in the many projects where he is working across the fields of architecture, design and education. Most importantly, his work is his joy, surrounded by good people and getting to draw everyday.
"For me, as a designer, it is not the ultimate goal to become self-expressive. The end goal is to solve a problem for someone else, and hopefully it looks great…”
-Tinker Hatfield (NIKE)
